Why This Weekend is Different


I never thought I'd become a trainer - even though I've taught most of my life, from horse riding to beauty therapy. But when I discovered the life-changing power of Postural Alignment, I knew I had found my true calling.

Over the last five years, I've worked closely with Casey Lyon of ouchrelief.com, running weekly global "Squad Meetings" to support therapists who are growing their alignment practices. Now, together with Casey and Zoe Gardner, we've created a comprehensive training syllabus - and we're bringing it to life in our in-person weekend workshops.

About Zoe Gardner | Co Trainer and Alignment Specialist


Zoe is a Registered General Nurse and Specialist Community Public Health Nurse who brings deep clinical knowledge and a fresh perspective to alignment therapy. Postural Alignment transformed her approach - shifting her focus from symptoms to root causes. Now, she combines her nursing background with her alignment practice and co-leads our training weekends with empathy and insight. "I'm excited to be part of this new chapter in alignment training - helping others discover the power of this work."
